Visual Artist
About
Hollie’s work is shaped by a deep, lived connection to place. Her earliest influences come from a childhood spent on the beaches of Denmark, Western Australia, where long horizons, shifting light and the meeting of land and sea formed her visual language.
She later spent a decade working in Central Australia with Indigenous Art Centres as a picture framer, an experience that sharpened her sensitivity to material, colour, and the cultural weight carried by landscape and mark-making. This period profoundly influenced her respect for process, craft and the quiet power of art grounded in Country.

Now based on the Victorian coast, Hollie continues to draw from coastal and inland environments, weaving together memory, movement and place into her ceramics and painting.
Hollie lives and works on Wadawurrung Country in Victoria, Australia.
